By tendering a shipment you accept these conditions on your own behalf and on behalf of the consignee and anyone else with an interest in the goods.

We may open and inspect any shipment without notice for security, customs or regulatory reasons.

We do not carry currency, negotiable instruments in bearer form, live animals, human remains, firearms, narcotics, or any item prohibited by IATA dangerous goods regulations or by the law of the origin, transit or destination country.

Charges are calculated on the greater of actual or volumetric weight. Duties, taxes and regulatory charges levied at destination are payable by the consignee unless a bill-to-shipper instruction is recorded at booking.

Quotes issued through the shipping calculator are indicative and subject to confirmation on receipt of the goods.

Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a written day-definite service commitment has been issued. Where a signature is required, delivery to any person at the delivery address constitutes delivery.

Our liability for loss or damage is limited by the Montreal Convention, the CMR Convention or the Hague-Visby Rules as applicable to the mode of transport. Where no convention applies, liability is limited to 22 SDR per kilogram.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or market.

Claims must be notified in writing within 21 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date in the case of non-delivery, accompanied by the airway bill and commercial invoice.

These conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
